Am I over reacting? you see my bf and I have been going around for 3 years now, he lies to me about things and I still find out, they are not bad like for instance. He tells me he will go to work, but in all reality he is with his mom and dad and going to the stores with his brother, and ive seen him at the stores, and thats when I approach him and ask him "why he lied" I know he is with his family, and at least he is not with a girl, because up till now what I know is that he is very faithful and loves me alot. I know all guys have something bad, and are not perfect. But am i overeacting when i get mad for him lying?

He needs medication and therapy for his lying. Mine is the same way and I've been dealing with it for years. Now since he's on his meds, the lying has been cut back to a certain degree. This may sound lame, but they really can't help it. It could be diagnosed as anti social personality disorder. Look it up on Wikipedia.

You shouldn't be mad at him for going to a restaurant to see boobs. He is a guy and he can't help but do stupid stuff like that. Now if it a strip club or something, that's a whole other issue.. You SHOULD however be upset and concerned that he lied. What else has he lied about and perhaps more importantly why did he feel as though he couldn't tell you the truth yesterday?

Well a relationship between a man and a women should be based partly on trust. If he lies he's not trustworthy. So my question to you is if the situation was questionable would you believe him? If not ( as I suspect ) then maybe you should reconsider some things in your relationship. Sorry sweety but I honestly don't think he's been caught in all his lies, so maybe his fidelity is not as awesome as you think it is. Good luck...

Did you like hs family? Did his family members like you? If he tells you that he is going out with the family, will you want to join going out together? You will want to join in right? The likely possibility is that one of the family member (mum) doesnt like you. Thats why he doesnt wants to hurt you thats why dont want to tell you the truth. The mum doesnt like you, how will he be telling you that you cant join to shop together? Ask your bf the truth why he lied. Try to work things out with your bf to solve the issue.

No, you aren't over-reacting but your relationship is on a rocky-road. he should tell you the truth, whether he is spending time with his family or not.

there are lots of people like this. it may seem like a little white lie, but y do it? it's not normal to be like this. i think that u can do better. it will only get worse & the lies will become bigger.

some times when u are in a relationship u just need some space been if u realy love them but if u are really wory u should have a serios talk w/ him

yeah. ur not. if my boyfriend lied to me about stupid things like that [ sry for calling it stupid] i wouldnt be able to trust him. sit him down n say listen. tell me if ur hanging with ur ffamily. no problem to me. you dont have to hide those things
