Depends on what it is. But for the most part I don't care about dares. Dare this or dare that. Who gives a hoot's asamaginer what others think, including the person that puts forth the dare.

If it was a game of truthordare and i saw that other people were doing equally embarassing dares then i would just to make it fair. If they did a dare then i think i should have to do one too

No, I don't like being embarrassed, but I would do it if it hurt me, but didn't embarrass me.
