Ok, so nobody touched on the fact that a man can have camel toe as well. When pants are too tight, and the 'berries' get seperated, tends to give the same appearance.

Cameltoe is a derogatory term to describe what the woman's Holiest of Holies looks like under tight garments such as bikinis or shorts etc. It is supposed to resemble a camel's toe. As a man, I think it is nasty to refer to it in this way.

Well - this was recently explained to me. It doesn't necessary apply to only a bikini. It is when a woman is wearing underwear or pants and it's a bit tight around her vagina and the pants sit right in the middle of her vagina therefore making her lips pretrude.
