india has only been a nation for sixty years. you cannot change a centuries old culture in a short time. and having the british in charge for so many years before didn't help.

because our govt spend 1%of our GDP on infrastructure while china spends 25%of their GDPon infrastructure the only thing in which we are superior to china is in the number of billionares and ITindustry and outsourcing industry otherwise we heavil;y lag behind china on infrastructure because of exterme corruption on every level of government
