First off, you've asked this before - repeating questions is rude.
Second, in our country it isn't your place to do this, unless he's using your computer. Tell your parents and let them handle it.
Third, masturbation is NORMAL. Sorry if they didn't teach you this but attempting to curtail normal behavior is certain to induce abnormal behavior. Yes, really.
Fourth, it's common for men to be attracted to women who are 'different' or exotic compared to those they normally see, precisely because they look different. For example, many white men are attracted to Asian or black women. He may or may not get over this, let him work it out on his own.
Fifth, in our culture other people's sexual behavior is nobody else's business. Unless he does something stupid like leaving the door open or asks to discuss this with you, it would be polite to drop the subject and leave him alone about it.
