I don't know whether the world in developed countries is any thing to relate to the poor countries especially those of Africa. Is there a white man in USA who has no food,no shelter,no cloth, and no hope for the future?
What opportunities have the Governments of developed countries set for their "ABSOLUTELY POOR" people, if any?

Yes.
I just want to say something about Africa. The way America depicts Africa is wrong. There's places in Africa that are more luxurious than Hollywood. The whole continent isn't on feed the children.

I guess an argument (and I must be clear that this isn't necessarily a view I hold) is that for a very long time, Africa was grotesquely exploited by Europeans which could be why many African nations have had such a stunted economic and social development, which breeds this corruption and selfishness in its politics and social structures. But then again, Its not like Africa was looking as if it was going to become the worlds largest economic superpower or whatever even before white men came. Sure, I think Europeans and White Americans have had a huge negative effect on Africa in the past but I think its ridiculous to be bitter towards white people in general for the state of a country that has always been relatively poor (economically speaking). Some people think that a lot of the corruption within the politics of many African nations stems from their native tribal culture. Its also worth remembering that Africa has little or no agriculture in many places due to these places being completely arid and that it is severely overpopulated (althought this may be a symptom rather than a cause, or both). I don't think its fair either that the history of the slavery and exploitation of Africa and other, more recent factors are ignored as determinants in the continent's relatively poor economy either (as you seem to have done, although perhaps not out of ignorance). You show understanding of Africas current political state (although a few African nations aren't actually doing badly) but I think its worth thinking about 'why' its that way rather than just that it is that way. Just because the white dominated, western society has the power to help these countries and is now deciding to do so, to some degree, doesn't mean that this has always been the case, and the fact that help is needed is almost certainly at least partly becasuse of those who do have this power. This is a really rambly answer but im really tired so whatever. I'm not trying to express any specific opinions of mine here, I'm too tired to be doing that, its just a really vague discussion of a couple of vague ideas.

"Opportunities" are not established by governments. They are available to people of all races, creeds, backgrounds, religions and economic status. People make their own choices whether or not to avail themselves of "opportunities" by getting educated, motivated and focused. Therefore, poor people have chosen to be poor. My parents came to this country in the early 20th century with virtually nothing. They became good citizens, learned English, got educated, learned skills and succeeded quite well. I'm proud to say that I worked very hard for my education and did well at my job which translated into success. Had I chosen to be lazy and left it up to the government (the taxpayers) to take care of me, I'd be poor too. So it's obvious that one's "status in life" is simply a matter of choice. The government cannot assist us with our choices --- they are something we must make ourselves.

Unfortunately for most folks in the US, we are 1 or 2 paychecks from being in a shelter and on the streets. People are trying to survive insurmountable debt.

Yes, there are many hundreds of thousands of people, adults and children, who go to sleep hungry and cold every night and through no fault of their own. Most are not drunks, drug addicts, or welfare abusers but our brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, sons and daughters. If you haven't seen it yet then you are wearing blinders. Look around and...when you see it...thank God for your bounty and help all of us, our brothers and sisters who need a hand. Read the "Sermon on the Mount," author, Jesus Christ, for further instructions.
