Well, on February 12 it will be our 2 month anniversary. We've been close for almost a year now and I'm just not quite sure what to get her. I don't want to buy her anything expensive since I know she doesn't have much money and would feel bad if she couldn't afford to get me anything expensive. So any ideas? Some creative answers would be nice. I love being creative. : ) Thank you. <3

well, replay some past conversations in your mind. think of a time when she told you something that was special to her as a child or what she likes. My friend told me that she collects maps and flashlights. So for christmas I got on amazon and got her a book ABOUT maps and the history of the first maps made. She absolutely loved it. Another friend of mine told me about a cartoon she saw when she was 4 and how it had a kangaroo and little girl getting lost and how she cried at the end. So for her birthday I researched and found that movie on dvd. When i sent it to her she freaked. she couldn't even believe it. So think of something that is special to her from a long time ago. if you need anymore help you can email me. kirklandj20@hotmail.com

Get a peice of sea glass and drill a small hole in it, attach it to a simple chain.

A single rose.

One pearl (I melted when I got that with this schmutzy hand written card)

A can of beefaroni, ( but you had to be there)

My all time favorite is the dog but thats a bit much for 2 months.

If you are creative, use your creativity. The best gifts are those not bought in a store, but made by the hand of the one you love. Take photos, paint a canvas, write a poem... hell, give her a lap dance.

Well, it depends on what she likes, you could make a photo album type of thing with pictures of the two of you, and buy her something small, like some chocolates, or roses, it doesn't have to be expensive, what matters most is that it is from the heart. :)

It is all about how much you work at it, and how much of your heart you put in it.
I have given my wife gifts over the years, but the one she cherishes most is a mouse in a basket. because I had a look in mind, and put effort in to finding the right basket, stuffed toy, ribbons, etc to make it just right.. she cherishes it above jewelry and the like.

it's all about how much love you put in the gift, not how much money you spent.

Off the top of my head I can't think of anything..but get her something that lasts...something a little more substantial than flowers...something that years down the road she can look at and remember.
