Pick up phone book look up 24 hour pharmacy (assuming it is after normal hours), pick up phone, dial number, ask to speak to pharmacist. That is what they are there for and are specially trained to do. They are more knowledgeable about drug side effects and dosages than most doctors.

Problem solved without asking morons on the Internet and without googling reputable sources.

I was told only to give an infant Tylenol. benadryl is not good for babies and can really upset their tummy. Tylenol has infant medicines for cough & congestion. I would use those only. I'm not sure if benadrly as asprin in the ingredients or not but asprin has been linked to rey's syndrome in children.
Also non-medications to try would be infant Vic's baby rub. To decongest your baby. You can also use a humidifier in is room with the Vic vapor rub.

My daughter is 6 a million/2 months previous now and is 26 inches long and 12 lbs 8 oz. while she grew to become into 4 months previous she grew to become into 24 3/4 inches long and weighed 10 lbs 4 oz. She grew to become right into a preemie and grew to become into 17 inches long and four lbs at beginning. She is tiny, yet has already better than tripled her beginning weight and her pediatrician says she is healthful and doing great!

Have you tried those Triaminic Thin Strips for infants? I gave them to my baby (only one, 1/2 dose). They work really fast! Don't seem to last the full 4 hours, though.

Also, I put Baby Vics on his chest at night, and used one of those Gentle Vapor plug-ins in his room. Seemed to work really well when he was badly congested. As his cold started to clear up, I just used the Baby Vics.

Most definantly not. Could be allergic to the Medicine. Call your baby's Pediatrician and ask them what you need to give your baby for his cold, stuffiness and also let them know your baby's not eating. I would just take your baby to the ER, if I were you! Good Luck! Hope your baby gets well VERY soon! =-)

I had heard recently on a talk show that Benadry in infants isn't good. I'm not exactly sure why since the show didn't have my full attention, but I would definitely ask a doctor first since you are dealing with medication.

Call a nurse. They are open 24 hours a day in Ohio. Not sure about your state but they will be able to tell you.
