i have seen many women with something above their eye socket.something white creamy thing shining.what is it?

Shimmer shadow maybe? If it's above the eyelid and below the brow line, that's what it is.

its called a highlight, you put it above the crease when your doing your eye make up. it makes everything look perfect and together.
some colors i love using are Shroom or Ploof! for lighter skin girls. and Ricepaper and Nylon for the darker girls. these are all by MAC.
