Get rid of the crappy one you have refund/exchange it for a LINKSYS wireless router they work SO much better there top of the line stuff I HAVE ONE go for it!

firewall or some kind of access needed (like login to a pay network). could also be an IP issue

DAMN!
i don't get it either.
ugh it gets me mad when that happens!
can internet companies or router providers fix it?!
cuz its definetly annoying!
