Asian men and black women??

I saw this along time ago but I read that Asian men and black women are the least married.Why do you think that is?And should Asian men and black women start to get together more?

Think about the stereotypes in America of Asian men: quiet, nerdy, submissive, small penis, perverse or asexual (not sexual)etc. None of these describe the stereotypical "American hunk".

In American media, Asian men are never depicted as the hot guy (the heartthrob), and they never get a sex scene in movies. This may seem silly, but the roles of Asian men DO affect how people view them. Asian men in movies are SO stereotypical. They always get these roles: martial artist, "the smart, nerdy guy", Asian gang member... Those are really all Asian men get right now.


Black women also have stereotypes against them. In the media, white women are still looked upon as the beauty standard. Look at the Miss Universe pageants. Very few ethnic women are able to make it. The Latin American women usually do very well, but they always look like white women. They are never dark Latinas. African women rarely make it into the top 20! It's so sad.

Black women and Asian men probably don't even realize that they are so similar in this way. The good thing is that black women are beginning to prove themselves as beauties, and SLOWLY more Asian males are streaming into the media.

I'll be honest and say the majority of black women are not to super attracted asian men. I know this because in the 90s I was the only woman out of all I knew who liked Asian guys. It wasn't only physical for me. I had a tremendous respect and interest for their cultures, languages, and history. I almost ended up marrying a Eurasian man. That being said, i sometimes find myself intrigued by them from afar, more from an experience and psychological level do I feel the desire to connect with them. However, it's not the time for that to happen just yet.

I believe that Asians men and Black women don't marry because they are just TOO different. All the fish and octopus eating (this may be a stereotype, and I apologize if some view it that way, it's not my intention), it won't sit well with a black woman. Most black women want a "Strong, kinda thuggish handsome" man, most Asian men I see don't really fit the part. Are cultures have almost nothing in common. I mean, if I took an Asian man home, my family might think I'm playing, but I reckon we need to learn more about each others cultures.

I don't think people 'pick' a cultural group to fall in love with..it just happens. If people do this, I think this is a form of racism in my opinion.
There could be many stereotypes that society could claim is the reason for Asian men not to go out with Black women or visa versa, but I don't want to be biased and acknowledge this at all.

Maybe it's because asians are tiny down there and black women dont want that. But there are probably some black women who don't care about the guy's size, and will hook up with them.

wtf i know tons of "blasians" and i think asian guys are cute too! ( i consider middle eastern and indian asian as well) stereotypes are for losers. but thats kind of interesting if its the truth even though i highly disagree. (im black btw)
