I don't know any official website of the educational board. But you can try the newspapers sites like prothom-alo.com or ittefaq.com or thedailystar.net. But, hey! it is January now, isn't it? Generally they publish the routine 2 months before the exam.

Contact your school or nearest college. Or search the site about your HSC exam Program at google search engine. Write HSC exam program 2006 - 2007 (State Name). sure you get it.
