That's pushing the envelope. I could picture maybe a four year old through 5 year old but 7 is out of that age range. that's a little gross to think about.

A seven year old boy should not take a bath with a grandmother or mother. He is in school, and he is old enough to understand the anatomical differences between a male and a female.

At 7 any child should be taking a bath by themselves. They may need some help but mom and grandma need to stay out of the tub.

NO, it is not normal, remember, there are sicko/psycho women out there just like there are men...Get nosy, do something...I worked in a prison ministry and I've heard storys about little boys 8-9 years old being raped/molested...and where did they grow up to be? In a prison.. Get the proof and call child protective services or someone...DO NOT confront the offender, it could cause matters to be worse, or prepare them to brain wash the child into denying what's going on.

It definitely is unusual and quite inapporpriate for a boy of seven to take a bath with his mother. It might be a sign that you have a case of the Oedipus Complex. He needs to learn to take baths by himself by this age. However, they say that the right age for a child to stop taking a bath with his mother is when he gets embarrassed to do it. Has this boy seemed embarrassed to do something like that? If he is, he should definitely stop.

No - not at all. The child need to learn about privacy and appropriate behaviour. This is not good for him and why would the mom do it. Bizarre still is the grandma. CAS would definently have something to say about this if it were to continue.
