Would you think The Island cured Jin's infertility probs?

On Lost, Sun gets pregnant. On the other LOST forums people ask well who is the father. It is said that Jin is the one that is infertile. Well would it be possible that the Island have powers to cure infertility?

After watching the show, i think the island did cure Jin's infertility. After all, other character's in the show had some sort of recovery themselves. Not to forget, the island contains weird smoky creature lurking around...
