Do you jump right in there and answer it or do you read the other's answers before doing so?

I jump right in, cuz I know that if I look at the others' answers first, I'll get influenced by them.
However, I DO read the rest of the answers after I submitted mine, I like to know what the opinions are of other members on here.

I jump right in. Usually by the time I get my thoughts together and get everything I want to say out there are already other answers to read anyway.

Sometimes I barely read the question.
I'm like the person in the "Family Feud" with her hand over the buzzer who hits it before the question is read.

I never read any answers before I answer. If I want to answer the question I just go ahead and do it.

I like to read an sample of answers. I usually end up towards the bottom, but I kinda like that (except if the correct answer is a factoid - the first correct answer usually gets Best Answer).

I answer first unless it is an informative answer... if someone has already given the correct information, I see no need to repeat it.
