Congrats!!! Well first, if you have been going to your OB appointments, they take measurements and track all that. If your Doctor hasn't raised any concern than you shouldn't either. I didn't get very big either and I had a very health boy 7lbs 10oz. I have a long torso, so he had room to stretch he didn't have to stay in a fetal position. So your baby probably has more room than others. Good Luck, everything will be fine!!

Hey.. I never got very big at all during my pregnancy. (my son is almost 7 months old now.) I was worried for a while. I looked like I was only about 4 months along when I was really 8. When I went to a specialist for an ultrasound the nurse said that she thought it could be because I had a longer torso and the baby was going to take the path of least resistance. Which meant pushing up against all my organs instead of out against the tougher muscle. My son was born early (for other reasons) but he was right on track for how far along I was so I wouldn't worry too much. Good luck!

well it depends on a lot of things...have you had Ur regular check ups...Ur semantic fluid might be low, your baby might be small, the baby could be more internal then external. i have had 2 kids i didn't get that big i thought something was wrong but my babies where healthy. my son was 9lbs 10 oz and i looked like i was 5 or 6 months when i was due..and i just looked fat not pregnant. just go to Ur doc and see if everything is okay with the baby, other wise there isn't much else to do. smoking cigs could do it too. but anyway people get huge and people barley show when they are due or close to due.. just stay off Ur feet don't lift heavy things and u and Ur baby should be fine.

I wouldn't worry about your size as long as baby is healthy. Some women just don't show as much as others. I didn't get big until I was 8 months and I'm close to delivering now and still don't feel huge, baby seems healthy though and I know that i have done everything i can to keep him that way so my size doesn't worry me. Congratulations and Good Luck.

If you're tall, the baby will be grown more vertically. Or it may have implanted toward the back of the uterus. Could be a number of reasons. SEE A DOCTOR!

some of my friends didn't show much either. i wouldn't worry to much about it if you can still fell the baby move your OK. when my Friend had her baby she looked like she was never pregnant. some people have that genetic Gen , and most people don't. or you could start getting bigger towards the end of your last trimester.
