Relax. There is lots of things to consider. Do you know if your dad started puberty later in teen hood? Heritary things have lots to do with it. Has your voice started changing? Have you started getting acne not just on your face but on your back, shoulders ,and neck? You say you have alot fo pubic hair, do you have hair growing under your arms? Any facial of chest hair? Another thing, it sounds gross, but are you having really bad BO?
Lots of males start with pubic hair but it takes about 6 months to 2 years to fully go into full scale puberty. If you are not growing hair anywhere else-especially under the arms, sounds to me like your just starting puberty. Some guys start later, but don't have to worry about their voice changing for 2 years instead it happens within like a year.

My son was like you. It took forever in his opinion, for the whole puberty thing to occur. He didn't notice the BO, armpit hair, acne, or penal growth until he was 15. and it was just starting. He didn't get facial or chest hair until he was 17 or 18. Now he is 6 foot 3, 280 lbs, and hairy all over.

If you are concerned, make an appointment with the pediatrician or wait untill you go for your physical. If you are not growing taller or gaining weight, have been in poor health, go see your doctor right away.
You might want to bring it up with your parents. Just tell them your concerned about your physical growth and would like to check it out. Good luck.

Ok if there has seriously been no penile growth at all, then you might be getting towards some problems.... While you may never have the 6 incher, you should at least notice some thickening of the shaft. I know this can be horrible.... I was smooth as a baby's bottom until midway through 7th grade... then grew hair everywhere! My penis on the other hand was still determined to not grow.... it finally did, granted not to any amazing lenghts but it did...
If you go through the next few months and still dont see any changes in your penis, go to a doctor... there are a few very minor conditions that can keep it from growing and would be easily fixed.... in the mean time, dont wory about your friends' penises being bigger than yours... they are all different and thats ok too

Don't worry! Puberty takes its time. Usually doesn't stop until you are like 21 or 25. Men start puberty late but other begin earlier. Pubic hair is one of the first things that will happen and it will be some time until other body parts start to develop. So be patient as you said, you are just 14.

well this is something that I had went through. It depends on you body type. Like if you are small built. If you are lighter weight and smaller body frame than your peers. then it may be a hormonal. But it will happen in time and it is normal. I didn't start growth till about the age of 16. But you can check with your doctor about your hormonal level. Sometime if no change had occured by that age there are hormonal shots that can be given to increase your testosterone level. But all in all it is normal.

Relax. You shouldn't be using your unit for several years until you are married so don't worry about your, um, size.

People hit puberty at really different rates. Some boys will have their voice deepen at 10 while others sound high-pitched until high school. Your sex organs will mature before wedding night gametime--that I can guarantee. So sit back and relax because puberty can be stressful for some.

It will take some time; but no worries it will happen. Some kids start earlier than others.

Look at this way .. when you are in your 30's you will probably look younger than your friends, which will be HUGE plus !!
