It's really because they know OSHA will never permit enough workers in an operation at the south pole as it would require to sustain the harvest of penguin knees on a commercial scale. They know if you were to do this thing, it would be an illegal operation and they don't want the liability for something like that. That's my guess.

They did a food test survey and it rated pretty poor. Try a new recipe. May be not add as much salt or dill seed. Did you try it as kosher?
