Like im sitting on my computer chair and i bended my knee all the way back and it feels like my hamstring is scrunching up and then it feels like its just about to just pop. It hurts really bad for about 7 seconds and then the pain goes away so i was asking what is causing this and also what can i do to make it go away?

you pulled your hamsting.
bending your knee using the muscle you pulled.

DON'T BEND YOUR KNEE!
if it hurts, don't do it!
no basket ball for a few days till you are better and can bend your knee. this is the type of injury that will hurt into your 40's if you are not nice to your body and give it time to heal!

DO-- ICE YOUR HAMSTRING 20 mintues on, 20 off. for 48 hours
REST IT
good luck
oh--- Take aleve, motrin, ibprofin. to reduce swelling

Keep yourself in shape! It seems like you hadn't done this type of strenuous exercise in a long time so you are probably just not used to it. Keep working the hamstring and I am pretty sure they pain will subside slowly.
