I'm sorry but i am so sick of all these gay people pretending to be straight and go off to marry a woman and pretty much ruin some poor girls life, not to mention their life to. Its sad that they all allow themselves to be brainwashed by all these stupid bigots, and people full of hate isnt it? I cant believe some of them are willing to do that JUST to get a thumbs up from people, who's opinions and hatefulness about gays didn't matter to begin with. It really does make me kind of sad because i dont think anyone should ever have to live a life their not happy with. Gay or not. Sorry if that didnt make much sense but i felt like getting that off my chest..

I'm annoyed at this too. I dont get it why some gays just decide to comform to society's warped view of the way the world should be. I guess for some it's easier to live a lie rather than be true to themselves. Maybe it's just the way some members of society view the gay community, it's almost like we're vermin to some of them.
I dont know when this madness will end but I hope it's soon...
Ever noticed how celebrities who are gay dont cop as much sh*t as the normal ppls who are gay? It's interesting...

I think it's unfortunate too, but I think you're being a bit dismissive when you say "just to get a thumbs up from people...". These are their families; the people who are supposed to love you no matter what. And they very often leave no ambiguity that they WILL withhold that love from a gay son or daughter or brother or sister etc. And if people are tricked into thinking that marrying and pumping out kids will somehow make them straight...it's sad on both ends, but it's not exactly their fault.

You're right, it is sad. That just shows you much bigotry and hate can affect a person emotionally. I do think that we are going to see fewer people lying to themselves about their sexual orientation by getting married or hiding their sexuality. Society is becoming more accepting luckily, and scientists' findings on the causes of homosexuality are helping too. However, we still have a long way to go.

Don't worry I'm doing what I want with the people I want to do it with and not worrying about what the rednecks think.
It is sad when people hide themselves like that but hopefully seeing people who are happy with who they are helps them. I'm not just talking about sexuality this includes how you look, level of education, race, occupation, even hobbies, all the things people judge you for.
