Minerva McGonagal (Transfiguration), Severus Snape( Potions), Albus Dumbledore (Headmaster), Remus Lupin (Defense), Rubeus Hagrid (Care of Magical Creatures), are all named members of the Order of the Phoenix.
Alastor (Mad Eye) Moody was never truly one of Harry's teachers, as the year he was employed to be the DADA teacher, he was impersonated via polyjuice by Barty Crouch, Jr.
OOP does not mention Pomona Sprout or Flitwick as Order members.

Hagrid, Lupin, McGonagall, Mad Eye Moody, and Snape. Dumbledore is in the order, but he's not Harry's teacher.

These characters are teachers at Hogwarts, I am not sure if they are all in the Order of the Phoenix other than Dumbledore?

these are the teachers that work at hogwarts as teachers in the ootp:
Umbridge, McGonagall,Hagrid, Snape, Trelawny, Binns and Sprout. lupin, mad eye moody were teachers in the previous books.
