Cook for each other.
Board games for two. Make popcorn to munch on.
Go out to eat, but just order a decadent dessert with two forks and end the date by going to a $1 night movie theater!
Star watch from inside the car. Bring blankets and hot chocolate in a thermos if it's cold outside.
Park near the airport and talk while watching the planes take off. Make up where you think the people are going on each flight.
It doesn't always have to cost a lot to go out on a date.

1) A walk at the beach
2) Watching the beautiful sunset together
3) Have a romantic candle-lit dinner

1) Having his girlfriend watching him play bowling/tennis/badminton or watever
2) Action movies

something that fosters conversation. Dinner is good...bowling is good. Billiards can be fun. Don't forget skating if you're into that. Or a concert if your local music scene is decent and you can get into the places they play.

turning up on time and making sure your fresh and clean is a good idea.
Anywhere can be a date, but i love eating in restaurants.and the zoo

bowling and stargazing seem to go hand in hand... that way you can enjoy time with others and then some alone time to set the mood, (if that is what you are looking for)... and if it isn't then it gives you some great get-to-know time...
