Hi,
I would like to find out when my great-grand-mother was born. She was born in 1895 (according to the Gregorian calendar), during the holiday Tu Bishvat/Tu Bi'Shevat (the New Year of the Trees). I know Tu Bishvat is the 15th of the Hebrew month Shevat. I need to know how to find out when Tu Bishvat started in 1895. Any help you can give me to figuring this info out is so appreciated! Thank you!
Shana Rachel

Your grandmother's birthday is February 9th 1895 (Tu Bi'Shvat hatarna- ט"ו בשבט התרנ"ה)

I used a Hebrew calender: http://rotter.net/luach.htm?month=2&year=1895

Yes go to the www.israel.com site as well as the other one. Get weekly news from Israel as well. Search the web for more info through Israel.
