ok i am about to get my basic culinary degree and then go on to specialize in something.. i want to know how a basic pastry chef gets and a sous chef. i live in Georgia but i really want to work at disney

Starting out your probably looking at something within the $36,000-$46,000 range. Unless you've won some well reputed culinary challenges and have made a name for yourself. Also remember to keep in mind, you'll be working 60+ hrs/week and no holidays off.

Well Darden is also in Orlando, why not keep your options open and consider working there, too. They own Red Lobster, Smokey Bones and Olive Garden and they have big huge kitchens where they are testing out recipes all the time.
