fill some balloons with flour and then blow them up, tie them off. have a bunch of these on hand and walk up to people on the street and when you get near them yell "praise allah!!!" and take a needle and pop the balloon with the flour all over them and run away yelling "antrax antrax!!!" if this doesn't get the cdc and a whole ton of fbi dudes giving you rides all over the cool country I don't know what will.
p.s. the government will probably see this and arrest everyone on my block!
