I guess it depends on how you perceive this question. I don't want others to feel miserable for me or be in the same misery I am. Yet it is good when someone understands and has empathy for your pain. They are more tolerant of your moods and may know just the right words to say when you are having a bad day. Hope this makes sense to you i know what i mean but what I mean does not always come out the same as what i say:0)

Not if they share in MY misery, I'd rather see other people be happy.
But should they experience a similar kind of misery to my own, then I sure get comfort in that.....it makes you feel you're not the only one on this earth with certain problems, know what I mean?

Sometimes.
It's comforting to know that I am not the only one and that someone can understand me completely. It's nice to know that people can relate. Another plus side is that we can learn to overcome the misery together.

ever hear that saying that "misery loves company" it must have come from somewhere....when you are feeling blue is it not pleasant to be around someone who is giddy and happy-and the opposite is true...

No, i feel awful if my mood messes up everyone else's mood. I try to use others to cheer myself up.
