Well I have tried everything i can think of to fix my card i bought a new one after my on-board went belly up but i cant get my computer to see it I have used add hardware it doesnt see it its in my comp and its drivers are install but i cant get it to work

If you bought a new one, then you will need to go into your system's BIOS and tell the system to disable the onboard audio. Leave the new card out of the system and reboot. Shut down the system and then follow the instructions that came with your new card...

You may need to go into the Bios to disable your built-in sound chip before the system will see the add-on card. You also need to disable the built-in sound in Device manager. Just click on the name of the built-in and choose disable or uninstall.
