my girlfriend is 18 years old and latly she have been having pains in the lower stomach area closer towards her hip bone her period last month was late by a week and a half and when she got it she spotted but only once and awhile, also when she discharges its kinda thick but clear any ideas of what is going on with her she took 2 test before new years and they both came back neg

OK the thick clear liquid is a good sign that she's not pregnant because it's cervical mucus. Cervical mucus is a physical sign that she is ovulating. She cannot be pregnant already if she is still ovulating. If she is having really bad cramps I would suggest that she see a gynecologist and take some midol. She could be suffering from Endometriosis which is a condition that causes difficulty in trying to become pregnant.
