Do you remember if there was a sign that notified you of who the unemployment insurance carrier was? The way that it works is, if the company got insurance and paid the premium, you can file for unemployment. If they have quite a few employees, they will have it.

Depends where you are. In most states and in Canada, you have to prove that the firing was no fault of your own. (just cause; eg if you stole money from the church and they fired you, you normally can't get unemployment) You can always apply for and see if you are approved or denied.

If you filled out a w2 and or i9. then yes. proally assuming you have proof of hte income,
