It sounds like constipation to me. Are you eating enough fiber?

You most likely have cystitis or a bladder infection. All urinary tract infections don't necessarily burn when you pee, but they may actually hurt in your lower abdomen.
If you have risky sexual activity (and you are a female) you could have pelvic inflammatory disease. This is when you get an STD such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc. in your uterus and fallopian tubes. You usually have fever and vaginal discharge associated. If so go to a doctor as this can cause sterility.
Ovarian cysts are quite common, but usually not affected by peeing.
MAKE SURE your lower abdominal pain is not localized to your right side. This could indicate appendicitis which is a life threatening condition requiring surgery.
Good luck

You could have a urinary tract infection. Which could have to do with your bladder, or urethra or some other things that deal with the UT. Think plenty of water and cranberry juice it will help you a little bit if you have a UTI. You should see a doctor because it can get worse or it could be something other than a UTI.

i doubt it is your appendix till it is crippling discomfort. I surely have had this earlier and that i think of it is linked along with your era. as long because of the fact the discomfort would not worsen, you're able to be high quality, yet once you're irritating then surely get to a doctor just to be sure :)

You could be. But it shouldn't hurt to pee.

Or it could be PID - Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. Very dangerous. Go see your doctor.

it could be your ovaries. a lot of girls in their late teens or in their 20's have ovary pain.
