To blame President Bush for the tree that fell on my vehicle last night during a windstorm here in Washington State?

Robert M, since you didn't get my point, I'll make it obvious (which I thought it was).
People were blaming President Bush for Hurricane Katrina, and neglecting to put blame on New Orleans mayor Ray Nagen, or the Governor of Louisiana (who are both Democrats by the way) for the lack of response. It's not just the government's fault.
