my sound is off?

the voice part of my song and video's is lower then the music and sound fx's what could be the problem or how can i fix it.

if youre watching a DVD, go to the menu and look for audio setup, there should be something you can adjust in there

Right click on you speaker icon in the system tray and open the volume control. Make sure all the control sliders are all the way up except the master volume.
