Use a thin line of black liner and lots of black mascara on TOP LID ONLY. And curl those lashes, girl! :)

the only true secrect to naturally quickly and easily brighten any eyes s with a good eyelash curler u may have to use a few before u find the most comfertable and the one thats makes them the curliesst then try maybelline mascara in the pink and green top bottle or the mascara from clinique is good to

use lighter shades of eyeshadow. pearly pale shades make eyes pop..darker ones will make eyes appear to recede. Use a light brown shade liner on the to half of you lid only (from above your puple-to the outer corner of the lash line). Also, lining your bottom lid is a nono.

use maskara and then on the inside corner of your eyes put some light color there to brighten and widen the eye

Nude eyeliner makes your eyes pop and still looks natural.

Rule #1--DON'T USE BLACK EYELINER ALL THE WAY UNDER YOUR EYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will make your eyes look smaller!
