My family is from India so I am not sure if this is cultural or not but my 16 year old brother Vijay was masturbating to a picture of Britneys no panties pic online. I don't think you have to buy a filter. If you have AOL just make his account a child account and they will restrict everything according to age which mean no more naughty pics for Vijay. I'm not sure why she can't keep her panties on,but that's not a cultural thing in America, but some Americans do walk around with no panties on for some reason or another.

The not having panties on is, as far as I know, definitely NOT a cultural thing......I really don't think many women in the civilized world would go out without their panties on.
The fact you feel (and I respect that) your brother masturbating, and to a white girl at that, is IMHO definitely a cultural thing.
Generally where i live people don't care when they see mixed couples, it's just normal nowadays (thank God).
My sis (we are of the white race) is, for many years already, married to someone who's originally from New Guinnee, he's a coloured man, but I don't even notice that, I just love him to bits. (as a SIL, of course)
As for a filter for your computer.....there are many things you can get filtered (like porn-sites, for instance), but I don't think you can selectively filter pics on celebrity-sites.....I guess you'll have to be your own filter on those, after all, you can make a choice whether you want to open such sites or not.
