avatar is like a similarity of naruto. like how he can use this force to do things (air bending powers/ chakra) and how there are like nations and countries named after elements and ****. and the character itself is kinda annoying too...

Is Avatar annoying yes, is it retarded no. As much as it pains me to say it is as close to an Anime as American animation has come. But yea Avatar is annoying mostly in part to it's rahter predictable characters. But the same could be said about Naruto(well atleast for now, Here in hopes for the 2yr time Skip).
In the end Avatar is a Kids show, while Naruto (THE REAL NARUTO) handles a broader audience.

Ya know, you make a good point. Avatar and Naruto are similar. But no, I don't think that Avatar is retarded. You need to be a little more specific with your question though. Are you asking if the way the cartoon is made is retarded? Or the storyline is retarded? Or the way Naruto and Avatar is similar is retarded?

no, not for me. Avatar is a good cartoon show because some fight scenes are worth watching because of the martial arts style and beacuse of the elements (earth, fire, etc.)
