Get a bunch of headshots and send them out to every agent in the book--also email them if you can---send these along with a resume of your work and talents. It's not heard to get an agent. There is a look for every aegnt out there. Your look will fit in many places no matter what it is--take your time and choose carefully.

If you are performing in theatre on a regular basis, send information about your production to the talent agents in your city.
So they can attend your production. The agents won't know about you unless you let them know you are actively pursuing an acting career by performing. That's how agents find new clients!

Ask your acting teacher if he/she believeves you are ready to be represented by a Talent Agent.
