Yes ! It is a fantastic feeling.That cannot be explained by words It can be experienced, I only hope I can be continuously there.
To give you some help to visualize it, When some thoughts appear in your mind and is being analyzed by the intellect there is a feeling of either happiness or sorrow, but in the state of being touched by the being there were no thoughts and a feeling of serene calmness(difficult to explain).

I have been touched by the beauty of being able to look through a human Being and see the mysterious beauty that lies within.

Yes; it happened whilst being touched by a being of beauty.
I like the title of that novel/movie "The Unbearable Lightness of Being".
That's describes the feeling I've experienced on occasion.
