I got a degree starting at 21 and it was fun and easier than when I went to college first at 17.
Plus, if you go and get a degree, you might be able to get a pardon on your record by showing your an outstanding citizen trying to make it.

I don't think it will be weird. I'm 22 now and will be 23 before I start my 1st semester in college. I recently got pulled over by a cop because I had a hoody on and looked like some murderer I guess. Unfortunately I did have "criminal" type weapons according to the law and he got me for 2 felony counts. Luckily I got the sentence down to 2 misdemeanors and no jail time because I had no priors I assume. Anyway even with a felony a college degree is a good idea, that would look good even after a felony charge since it would promote the idea of "this guy reformed" in most people's eyes. And you might want to look into your states laws , you might be able to expunge your record after awhile if you stay out of trouble and show that you are well on your way to becoming a productive member of society.

Better late than never. When you get there you will find people of all ages. You may even feel young compared to some of your classmates. College is never a waste of time. If you are going to have problems finding a job because of a felony, you'll have them with or with a degree and a degree can only help you. Go back to school. You have no reason not to and nothing to lose by doing so.

continue your education- I am still in college ready to graduate this coming summer. I am no spring chicken! A felony can be a road block- but only if you let it. look at the things you love to do- and the education needed to get you there. If you are qualified and motivated- the conviction can become nothing more than a speed bump in life. Good luck.

22 is not too old! You're never too old. I used to have men & women in their retirement years in some of my classes. Most of us looked up to them for learning in their later years and having the drive to complete their degree or strive to start a new one - so being in your early twenties is nothing. Most student take about 5-6 to complete their bachelor's degree anyway so you're in the middle of even the conventional students.

I started myself about that age. I fit in just fine. There were many people older than me.
College will change the way you think. Good things will come of it.
You can always be your own boss owning some type of company.

I suggest you go to college. You are not late. Many people enter college at around that age.
