I have read a few dream books before so i am thinking back to a few key things. I think that it may state that you are looking for someone to care for (thus the baby) but you do not know where to start (thus not knowing who the baby's father is.)
Dreams almost never mean anything directly related to what you dream. I mean your dream of having a baby with no father and being a virgin has nothing to do with sex etc. It is about wanting something.

Sounds symbolic- you are at an age where you gotten or will get you period. This is usually a sign your body can now get pregnant Your mind played a scenario where you can identify that your body can be pregnant. Don't worry a lot of girls have had this dream.
