if you mean what are some causes why your own body will abort the baby:
there might have been something wrong with the fetus, they fetus may not have positioned itself on the uterus wall correctly, your body was not ready for it, hormonal imbalance are some reasons....

Internal bleeding
Those are just a few things.
My cousin had one and she can no longer have children because of all the scarring that occured. I know others that not a day goes by that they don't feel guilty for what they did. It is more than just a fetus.

if you mean what happens to your body after well usually you bleed for like 7 day to two weeks or you can possible not have a baby again cancer in the ovaries.
or feelings wise you can feel bad and regert it almost everyday, or some people think that its all right and that their still gonna live another day..

I had a close friend that had one in her early 20's (10yrs ago) and she struggles with depression and still feels guilty for having one. She said if she could turn back time, it would be different.
