You can use horticultural oil or neem oil or insecticidal soap. They coat them and they suffocate. Weakness of oils and soap is you have to spray the insects to kill them--they are contact killers.

You can also use yellow sticky traps. Traps for whiteflies never completely eradicate all of them but they keeps the population in check.

You said no poison but you could also try Shultz Houseplant Insect Killer. It is poison but it's organic--made from chrysanthemum flowers and it lasts a few weeks so you don't have to hit every fly to kill them. And if you use a spray (including the oils or soap) make sure you spray the bottom of the leaves too. Be thorough.
