I don`t tan basically at all. And my mom won`t let me go to a tanning bed?

Everytime I go to the beach, I burn no matter how much tanning lotion or whatever I have on... my mom won`t let me go to a tanning salon... & I`m sick of being pale .... what should I do to become tan ?

I don't blame your mom. Tanning salons are very risky. If you tan on a tanning bed, you are 36% more likely to develop some form of skin cancer and research has shown that people who tan on tanning beds often have other serious skin conditions later on. This specially applies to you since you seem to have very sensitive skin. Tanning beds direct UV rays directly on your skin, they are a hazard and please do not take this lightly.

Why don't you try a sunless tanning lotion? I have one. Its just lotion you put on and after a couple hours, you have a tan!

They make lotions and stuff that will "bronze" the skin but they make you look kind of orangey. Likewise with "misting tans" at tanning salons..

Good news, however. There are plenty of men who like fair-skinned women. Be yourself and let people who will like what you already are like you, instead of people who would like you to be what they already want.

Back in the day, tan skin was considered unhealty. Women with tan skin were low class "working" class girls who spent their time in the hot sun picking vegetables or doing other labor. The pale ones were the wealthy and the educated.

If you dont tan with natural light NEVER use a tanning bed. It will only harm your skin. If you want to be darker, try a spray tan. It will be healthier for your skin type. Good luck.
