I take "best rapper" to mean pure lyrical abilty without the consideration of background music/cuts/beats. Example: 50 Cent's "In The Club" had AWESOME music/beat but the lyrics were just average.
Let's talk pure rap abilty.

A guy that you probably never even heard of. His name is Charlie. He is the only rapper I know of (obviously including the FAMOUS ones), who seems to have a brain and grasp on life. He don't rap about stupid things like guns, drugs, and sex. He is one person who would really make positive differences instead of negative ones like other rappers.

Tupac would have been the greatest rapper but since he's dead it would have to be Jay Z but he is suppose to be retired. So probably it is Eminem or Ludacris.

I am with Ice T he has something to say and lived what hes singing and rapping about. Love his honest and hardcore lyrics! p.s.Danny says theres a ice t show??? what channel is it cable hbo or what??had to ask I love Ice T in movies too!
