My friend has started taking it to aid weight loss after dieting and the gym did not work for her. I dont get it she is only a size 12 and looks fine. Should I intervene or leave her too it?

Ummm I would have to say that you should intervene...speed has tons of side effects that are horrible. As a pharmacy technician i know of a lot of drugs out there for weight loss...the best one i can reccomend and that is much cheaper than speed is Xyience and you get it at GNC. It will give her energy wothout going to illegal measures to lose weight

A true and personal story. I know an investment banker who did this. She had a wonderful family - lots of $$$, etc. She lost the weight very quickly. In the process she lost her children, house, husband, and virtually everything she owned. She thought she could do it until she lost the weight - but quickly became addicted on a grand scale. This is dangerous stuff to experiment with. Some people can deal with it, others can't.

Personally, I believe that you are only given a certain number of heartbeats until it quits... speed increases the heart rate.... just a thought.
