ye i think it was President Clinton who pardoned the McVeigh (corrrect me if i'm wrong) family during the last months of his presidency.
The public was never informed of this until Clinton was succeeded by Bush because it wold have caused a political upheaval and would have ruined Bill's career..

Yes, our last President! But what is worse, Bush won't pardon the two border patrol agents charged with shooting a drug dealing illegal !
