The two best things you could do is cut back on how many calories you consume and exercise more. Start with cutting about 500 calories a day. Best way to cut calories is to cut out pop and candy and anything involving sugar or lots of fat. And if you don't exercise regularly, start out slow, about 30 minutes a day 3-4 times a week. After a couple weeks, increase your activity. Before long, the pounds will be melthing away.

The best way to loose weight quick with out straving your self would be to work out every day for about 3 hours and do not eat three to four hours before you got to because the food would just sit there and build up chew go sometimes when you wanna snack on some sweets and if you get angry and most of the time eat.. eat some type of nuts or seeds..

start eating rice. you know like in a stir fry with soy sauce and veggies. it will fill you up, it's healthy. And throw in some exercise and you will honestly drop weight right off.
