Stilts.
Whenever I see Steve-O on those giant stilts with those American flag pants, i say to myself "Damn, those are some long and slim legs"
Alternatively, if you dont have stilts, make friends with a bunch of people with cankles, or midgets.

If your bare legs are showing and you are wearing a skirt or something, wear tights a couple shades darker then your natural skin color.
Oh yeah! And if you aren't, like you are wearing pants or jeans, wear high heels. That might be a good idea to wear anyway.
