I haven't seen anything but a rerun for weeks and weeks. Right now it's 11:52pm, and the news is on? Is something going on that I don't know about? Has anyone else noticed this?

The news is on because the football game (Dallas vs Seattle) just ended, and they'll always do the news before they go to SNL. They'll do reruns until NBC stops having the football games on late (probably after the Super Bowl on Feb 4th).

The Dallas game was on earlier which overran into the time slot, news typically airs right before SNL.

sorry havent bothered catching more than a glimpse of it over teh past 10 years or so. It seems throughout the late nineties much of the writing/humor was focussed in a gay/progressive kinda way that was really annoying and boring and actually funny maybe 1/3 of the time.

The news is on beacuse the Dallas VS Seattle game was on (NFL). They have local news on my station too. It will be on later, but my TV guide says another repeat, so yeah I know what you mean. It's getting really crappy.

My local news just ended (11:56) so SNL should be starting but again ... another repeat.

Maybe it's off until the new season starts. SNL really sucks hard now anyways.

SNL has steadily been going down hill since they lost all the good cast members. It was better back in its earlier years.

I haven't noticed. I stopped watching SNL years ago...about the time it stopped being funny. :(

At this point, I can't believe it's still on. I don't think I've watched it in over 5 years.
