As far as I remember from news reports not that long ago "emo" are kind of like the new Goth....but not quite, they are deep thought people with a sense of diffrent style to the norm as some refer to gothic.
Nothing wrong with them just choose diffrent paths.

Short for emotional. Like "Lips of an angel" by Hinder is an emo song. They call it "the emotional side of rock"

emo means like emotional, people who cry for no reason or slit their wrist because of nothing major but something simple.
