I've heard Target is the best place. I've seen quite a few people with wicked colors and designs that have mentioned they have gotten their contacts from Target

i really think you should go to the eye doctor it is the safest place to buy them. I knew a girl who bought cheap contacts from a beauty supply store and about1week later her eyes were red and puffy and it had something to do with those cheap contact lenses not being made correctly.

You can't. Quality costs money. Go to your eye doctor and wait until they have a special promotion and get the best price.
